Our coaches are all trained to the highest standards by our in house ADAPT certified tutor, Ben Westbrook. All of our coaches have the opportunity to work towards completing internationally recognised Parkour and Freerunning coaching certifications through the ADAPT program.

Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced office assistant to join our friendly team. Successful candidates will have knowledge and experience in computer skills, including google documents, spreadsheets and social media platforms. Sound written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers. Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to use initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
Duties will include;

Communication with customers via email and social media

Schedule email campaigns using integrated emailing software

Updating and organising staff files

Basic updates to website (No coding experience required)

Assisting payroll and timesheet approvals

Use of booking and scheduling software

Head Coach - Position not currently available
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. Our head coach positions are for seasoned coaches that have at least 2 years coaching experience, and have worked in a variety of settings.
Each of our facilities has a head coach that is responsible for the co-ordination of the coaching team and of the program being delivered.
Head coaches have a heavy input into the training and development of all other coaches. You will work closely with the program manager to help develop and grow our Parkour academy programs.
Successful candidates for this role will need to thrive on motivating, developing and mentoring other team members to help deliver the highest quality parkour coaching available.
Position type - Part time / Full time or Casual options available
Hours - Negotiable. Up to 38 hours per week
Pay - $28 - $35ph Dependent on age and contract
Age - 20+
Previous Parkour experience required - 2+ years
Previous Coaching experience required - YES (not required to be Parkour specific)
Youth Parkour Coach (Senior)
Our senior Parkour coach positions are for seasoned coaches that have at least 2 years coaching experience, and have worked in a variety of settings. As well as coaching your own classes, you will assist in the training and development of new coaches. You will work closely with the program manager to help develop and grow our Parkour academy programs. Successful candidates for this role will need to thrive on motivating, developing and mentoring other team members to help deliver the highest quality parkour coaching available.
Position type - Casual or part time
Hours - Negotiable. Up to 35 hours per week
Pay - $25 - $31.50ph Dependent on age
Age - 18+
Previous Parkour experience required - 1 years
Previous Coaching experience required - YES (not required to be Parkour specific)
Youth Parkour Coach (lead Coach)
Our lead Parkour coach positions are for coaches that have at least 6 months previous Parkour coaching experience. Lead coaches are given more responsibility over their coaching duties and will be responsible for groups of up to 10 students. In this role, you will work closely with senior coaches to continue to build on your current coaching skill sets. You will receive on going support and education throughout your role to help you progress to a senior coach status.
Position type - Casual
Hours - Negotiable. Up to 25 hours per week
Pay - $17 - $30ph Dependent on age
Age - 18+
Previous Parkour experience required - 1 year
Previous Coaching experience required - YES (not required to be Parkour specific)
Youth Parkour Coach (assistant coach) - Position not currently available
Our assistant Parkour coach positions are perfect for people who are just starting out their coaching journey. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team of coaches. In this role, you will work alongside our senior coaches to build your coaching skill sets. You will receive the highest levels of support and education throughout your role to help you progress to a lead coach status.
Position type - Casual
Hours - Negotiable. Approx 6-8 per week
Pay - $16-$26ph Dependent on age
