What is Parkour?

Parkour is a whole body movement practice that focuses on developing the fundamental attributes of human movement, this includes balance, power, endurance, precision, spatial awareness and creative vision. Parkour is a way of training the body and mind in order to be as completely functional, effective and capable as possible. 

Our Parkour classes are a fun and challenging skill based class, suitable for all levels of experience. 

We cap all of our adult classes at 12 participants, this ensures that our coaches get plenty of time to work with each person. Whether you're a complete beginner or you've been training for a while, our coaches will always adapt and modify the exercises to be manageable yet challenging and keep you progressing.

Wednesday 6pm to 7.30

Sunday 12.30 to 2pm (members only)

Tuesday 6pm to 6.45

Free time 6.45 to 7pm
