Frequently Asked Questions
Which class should I do first?
Which ever class you like the look of the most. All of our classes are beginner friendly so jump in on what ever takes your fancy.
Are there any classes I can't do?
Absolutely not. We encourage everyone to try as many of our classes as they can. You won't know what you like until you've tried it.
That said, if you have any current injuries or health concerns, just send us an email and we can help point you in the right direction.
How many classes should I be doing?
This really does depend on what your goals are and if you're currently training else where. In general, we recommend training 3 to 4 times per week to make noticeable progressions. Our best advice here is to take it easy when you're getting started, going too hard too soon will just leave you feeling sore and potentially lead to injury.
Am I too old for the Gymnastics and Parkour classes?
No way. Our Parkour and Gymnastics classes are specifically designed for adults of any age. We regularly have participants in their 50's, 60's and even 70's take part in these classes. Your coach will always scale the movements to suit your ability.
Do I need to get fit or strong before doing classes?
Nope. That's our job. No matter what your current level of strength or fitness is we will get you working at the pace that's right for you. Everyone has to start somewhere so don't worry about where you're at now.
Do you have a creche?
We have an enclosed soft play area that your child is welcome to play in during class time and open gym sessions. This area is not supervised but can be seen from wherever you may be in the gym.
