What is HIIT Conditioning?

HIIT Conditioning is our high intensity interval training class. This class is designed and run by Ben, our head fitness coach. 

HIIT classes are designed to get your heart pumping and have you sweating from start to finish. In HIIT conditioning we tend to work lighter and faster than our strength classes so expect a fast paced class. We utalise equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls and rowers as well as a variety of bodyweight exercises.
