What is Gym Fit?

Gym Fit is bodyweight conditioning class inspired by the training methods used by elite gymnasts. This class is designed and run by our head gymnastics coach, Jade. Jade is a former elite gymnast that has represented Australia in many international competitions. 

Gym Fit is designed to give you a full body workout with a high focus on core strength and muscular endurance. If you're looking for a fast paced bodyweight conditioning class this is a great place to start.
