What is Mini Movers Academy?

Mini Movers is a fun and interactive program to help your little ones develop their confidence and gross motor skills through movement-based games and activities. Taught by Australia's top Parkour coaches.

Sessions are designed to build on your child's natural movements such as crawling, walking, running and jumping, and progress them to other key developmental milestones like balance, pivoting, rolling and climbing.

Our Mini Movers program is a parent participation program, which means you get to share in the fun experience and work with our coaches to help your little ones learn and develop new skills.

Check out the video below to see some of our minis in action.

Children must be at least 2 years and 6 months to enroll.

How long are the classes?

Mini movers sessions run for 45 minutes.

How many kids per class?

To maintain a safe environment, we  strictly limit our student to coach ratio to no more than 8:1 for mini movers.

What do the parents do?

Our mini movers program is a parent / carer participation class, but don't worry, that doesn't mean we'll be having you swinging from the rafters.

You'll basically be in charge of guiding your little through the course and helping them to interpret and follow the coaches instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring a younger sibling along?

Younger siblings are absolutely welcome, but due to safety reasons we do require them to be confined to a carrier or pram.

My child is not very coordinated, will they be ok?

Absolutely! Our sessions are very carefully designed to ensure that they are suitable for all skill levels. Our coaches will always be able to adapt an exercise to make it more or less challenging if required.

Can we come and do a trial session?

Unfortunately you are not able to do a single session.

Our classes are designed around a progressive program where students build on the skills learnt in previous weeks.  This means that the program is designed to be experienced in 10 week blocks, so a single session really wouldn't give an idea of what it's all about.

Our session times also tend to book out well before the term starts and we operate with strict class caps, so there's usually no room to fit people in for casual / trial sessions.

The best option is to jump in for a term to give it a go.
