PK Fit

What is PK Fit?

PKR Fit is a fun and challenging, boot camp style conditioning class. This class is designed and run by Ben Westbrook, our resident parkour fitness specialist. 

PK Fit is designed to get your heart rate up and have you using muscles you never knew existed. Come to this class with an open mind and be ready for anything. Each session is different so you'll never know whats coming. Expect lots of team games, partner challenges and quirky exercises.

Some of the movements you can expect to see in this class

  • Running

  • Jumping

  • Climbing

  • Crawling

  • Carrying

Note - PK Fit is a high intensity class that may not be suitable for anyone with current injuries.
