What is Strength and Conditioning?

Strength and Conditioning is a class that utilises weighted resistance training to increase lower and upper body strength, power and endurance . Our Strength classes are programmed by our head physio and strength coach, Jade.

Our strength classes are designed to target the major muscle groups to build a well rounded and resilient body. Each class starts with a technical component where you will learn the correct form for the chosen movement and finishes with a higher intensity workout.
